Same-Day Dispatch Guarantee
We offer guaranteed same-day dispatch for orders placed before 12pm (WST), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

Please note that Glow Vault ships orders Monday to Friday only. No orders are dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $70 within Australia.

Flat Rate Shipping for Orders Under $70
For orders under $70, we charge a flat rate of $8.95 for standard shipping.

Express Shipping
Need your order faster?

  • For orders over $70, we offer Express Shipping for just $6.95.
  • For orders under $70, Express Shipping is available for $11.95.

All Express orders are prioritised in our warehouse and dispatched via Australia Post Express Post within 24 hours.

Australia Post Shipping
Glow Vault exclusively partners with Australia Post for all deliveries. Every order is shipped with tracking, so you can easily monitor your parcel's journey.

Safe Drop & Delivery Exceptions
All parcels are sent with Safe-Drop enabled. In some cases, the delivery driver may determine that it’s not safe to leave the parcel at your address and may instead leave it at the nearest post office for collection. This decision is made at the discretion of the Australia Post delivery driver.

Lost or Stolen Orders
Once a parcel has been delivered to the correct address, we do not take responsibility for any loss or theft that may occur.

Delivery to Workplace
We understand that many of our customers work during business hours. If you won’t be home to accept your delivery, we recommend sending your order to your workplace to ensure it’s received safely.

Please note that these shipping times are a general guide only. In periods of high order volumes, Australia Post delays, and other extenuating circumstances, delivery times may differ. All orders are shipped by Australia Post Parcel Post from our Perth Distribution Centre and information relating to tracking and delivery will be sent to you via email as soon as your parcel has been shipped.

If you have placed an order and realise you have entered an incorrect address, please contact support@glowvault.com.au immediately. If your order has been dispatched with the wrong address, Glow Vault will not be able to provide any assistance in the form of a refund or resend the original order.


Returns

At Glow Vault, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you change your mind about a purchase, you’re welcome to return your item(s) within 28 days of receiving your order.

Returns may be eligible for a refund or store credit, equal to the value of the goods ordered.

Return Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must contact us and obtain return authorisation before sending any items back.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

  • Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, undamaged, and in a condition suitable for resale.
